Me Jessica Leblanc
Legal counsel
Jessica acts as legal counsel in civil litigation and estate, real estate, not-for-profit and digital law. She is interested in implementing collective projects through private law instruments and in offering advice and innovative solutions to groups or organizations in this area. Since 2021, she has also served on the board of directors of Protec-Terre, an organization that sets up and supports agro-ecological social utility trusts.
Jessica also offers advice on the various appeal procedures, building on her experience working for two years with the Honourable Justice Guy Gagnon at the Court of Appeal. With her background in international relations and law, Jessica offers a broad perspective on her cases, as well as an in-depth analysis of the stakes involved. 
 
A Québec Bar member since 2018, she also earned a master’s degree from Université du Québec à Montréal in 2021, for which she received a mention of excellence. She was also honoured as the best graduate law student, and she received the Prix Henri-Capitant 2022, Québec section, for the best civil law dissertation. Alongside her practice, Jessica is working on a doctoral thesis in property law.
